CNC Machining

Our precision CNC machining capabilities at H&B Machine & Tool Co., Inc. include both CNC milling and CNC turning. In addition to the design and manufacturing of molds, we machine production parts for customers in a wide array of industries. Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and plastic parts up to 24" in length, 24" in width, and 12" in height can be machined in 3-axis CNC milling centers. CNC driven lathes are capable of accommodating parts up to 3" in diameter and holding tolerances as tight as ±0.0002".

In addition to CNC machining, we provide micro welding and precision grinding services. Together, these capabilities allow us to produce precision tooling and production parts with minute details and tight tolerances. With the addition of precision grinding, surfaces can be finished to as fine as 16 micro inches. Any additional processes such as heat treating or plating, can be arranged through a trusted vendor, providing customers with a turnkey manufacturing option for added convenience. Prototypes or pre-production samples can be submitted for approval, according to customer specifications, prior to full production runs.

We have been providing customers with precision machining services for over 50 years and take pride in the quality of our work and our ability to meet customers' scheduling needs. Parts can be turned around in a little as one week, depending on volume and material availability, when rush situations arise. Delivery is available in the local area and shipping can be provided for customers located outside of the region.
